I started with an Application Error, which already set the tone. The generated images are not usable - strange compositions and poor quality overall. The processing time also felt quite long compared to expectations. On top of that, only 2 credits are given for testing the app, which is far too little to properly evaluate its functionality. Conclusion: The concept is interesting, but in its current state, the app is not practical for real use. More reliable results, faster performance, and a fairer trial model are needed.
First of all I'd like to say I'm sorry for the issues you experienced with Snapshot. I emailed you privately but didn't hear anything so I'm posting here in the hope that I can resolve this situation for you. To give some context about the issues you raised: AI has some inherent randomness when generating images, this is unfortunately the nature of the game. This means that sometimes generated images are not as good as they should be. Of course there are things we can do to improve the quality of outputs and I can refund credits if there are any major errors. Snapshot uses the best image-generation models available on the market today and we use various techniques behind-the-scenes to improve the quality. Sometimes getting a good generation is just as simple as improving the prompt. I'd be happy to get on a call with you and walk you through the problems and provide some tips on how you can get better images. Alternatively you can give me an image and let me know what you want and I'll build the prompt myself and show you some of the outputs. I really want to get these issues resolved for you and turn this into a positive experience. I hope to speak with you soon.

Great value for money. The tool allows me to quickly produce high-quality images that don't look artificial. Definitely worth a try. The Shopify connection is also positive, of course. Clear recommendation.

I've had one of the most magical experiences with this app (and team). The app is incredibly versatile and allows us to render retail-ready product images across our lineup in at least 5X shorter timelines than previously-- at a fraction of a fraction (of a fraction!!) of the cost. This team works to ensure you are happy and will do whatever they can to help 'template' a selection of varying images to best suit your needs. Without this app, we would easily be a month behind in our launch of a new portfolio. Can't say enough good things!
