It's still the History and Revert app, you can come up with the content yourself, just don't overdo it with AI.

Great app. I can track product changes accurately and revert them easily; however, I still can't see exactly who made the edits. I reached out to support, and they mentioned it's a limitation on Shopify's end for now, but they'll update it once it's supported. Anyway, it’s working well for me as it is
