Interface muito estranha, além do meu antivírus e o Microsoft SmartScreen Defender apontar phishing e não permitirem acesso à nenhuma página do site. Não quero ter que desabilitar a proteção do meu PC pra utilizar um aplicativo.

I've had this app for a few months, theres no way to cancel the sub so i've been build for MONTHS with no end in site. Someone from support contact me so i can cancel this plan.

WORST APP EVER!! I literally tried to cancel my subscription but they keep charging me $77 AUD every two weeks. They're scams.

i remember installing this app but for some reason i cant remember getting what i want, and today i was scrolling through my bank statement and saw i was charged by them, and the month before that. went to their website and there is no way to contact them.

I followed all the steps carefully to download the email list, waited the 60 hours and when it was finished it says export failed. I have tried to reach out to them twice and I do not get a response back.

I was incentivized with 1,000 free emails to leave a positive review. In good faith I can not. I am afraid this app is complete BS. The emails do not appear valid, the methods for obtaining them are vague.

The app is fake. No. 1: It game our business 1,000 emails most of them fake emails and others with a @domain.com no existent, that means it was from a business/website X that closed several years ago but this app still has those emails in a database. No. 2: Emails from people completely irrelevant to my business. We sell *Clothing* for *MEN*, and we got emails from all kinds of things like cosmetic stores for woman, travel agencies, etc. No. 3: The app asks for access to the name, address, phone number, and email address of all the customers you'd had and you'll ever have. This feature is not needed and I don't want to think that their are building a database with all the customers of as many Shopify stores as they can to then sell those emails to other stores (like their doing now, they are in the "selling emails business"). Or worst, use everyone's customers to create their own online store but with a huge database of customers from day 1. The app ask you for an Instagram @handle, and they will scrap Instagram (wich by the way is against Instagram's terms and conditions of use), Likedin, etc, searching for email addresses of people related to that Instagram @handle For that function, you don't need to get access to the private information of every customer we have. I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about this app being on the Shopify store for other businesses to install in their own store and give to these guys his database of customers.

This is against Shopify's terms of service and we will never sell your private store data EVER. #2 - We collect data from the public internet and use your store's customers as a starting point to begin out data collection. Once we start collecting public data for your store, we do not touch your store's customer's data again. #3 - We have contacted you via email to address your specific concerns with the quality of the data you received. The app doesn't work. They really send you an email list but it will come without name, gender, and location of email owners. This is useless if you aim to use it for email marketing and Facebook advertising. So I uninstalled and delete the app on the second day of free trial period but I still got charged for no reason. Then, I contacted their customer support to request a refund. It's been a week and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I couldn't be more disappointed.

The app does not work ... I personally believe it sells illegally obtained email addresses. Here's why ... They advertise, as if you are able to steal someone else's instagram followers, and build audiences based on those followers emails. This is blatantly false, and not accurate. I emailed their customer service, and asked "Where do you get these emails?" ... the response from "[email protected]" was the following "We scrape our emails from public sources and vend them based on interests those emails have shown! For example we may see that an email is interested in women's clothing, so we may vend it to someone based on that information!" So basically they scrape emails off the internet, then sell them if they "think" they are related to the instagram account you enter. Really? The email data I received was of poor quality, not related to my niche. Several of the emails were of this nature "info - at - mightygoodfood.net" ... which isn't a human, it's a helpdesk email for a business. Please don't waste your time.

THIS DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. RUN.I DID WHAT THEY SAID AND WAITED THE NUMBER OF DAYS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. WASTE OF TIME.

The app doesn't work... its a scam. The email data I received was just random email address totally not at all related to the Instagram page input. Don't waste your time.

I added this app and trial is almost over and I chose over 5 different instagram accounts to generate the emails list but still nothing with no results at all. I have contacted the developers 4 times and still no response or data?????

(12-2-20) 15 Day trial. Started day 1. In 14 days ran 2 data sets. NO DATA from either data set. App Says "Failed Data Dump". Contacted customer support three times.NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. This application is junk (12-4-20) Received a response from customer support (After leaving a bad review.!!). They have made one account produce emails. Downloaded those emails with no problem. Deleted the account that still was not working. Substituted a new account to see if that app has been fixed. Stay tuned...

I should have listened to the reviews. I thought that I would give it a shot since there are a few good reviews here, but all I got was a failed error message after waiting 72 hours for the emails to load. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days now to cancel my subscription before I get charged since you only have a 14 day trial before they start charging. I still have not heard back from them. I'm not sure why it is this difficult and frustrating just to get assistance with canceling a subscription. Please respond back, I need to cancel my subscription!

The app says I can add up to 3 but won't allow me to upload more than 2 Instagram sources even though I paid ahead for 5000 emails. Nobody responds to multiple contact inquiries. Do not recommend. *UPDATED* The response below is untrue they have not emailed a solution, they emailed a response only to the negative review

The app doesn't work at all. I've been seeing the error messages for days and kept on contacting them and got no response. After a week I gave up.

When I first added the app, the accounts I selected failed to load any emails. Had to contact support to resolve, which they eventually did after over a week of waiting and contacting them again. Once emails loaded I checked a little over 1000 - turned out to be useless and a waste of my time. Now I'm requesting to cancel my subscription but have yet to receive a response from support. Have a few days left on my trial. Decided to leave this review to try to get their attention to my request to cancel since they aren't responding. Please cancel my subscription before I'm charged.

List of 5000 mail that makes me a failure after 72 hours... Impossible to add another instagram account... the support which does not answer and the email which cannot be found. 30$ lost.
