SocialReplAI
SocialReplAI is an app that helps ecommerce merchants turn Instagram DMs and comments into orders with AI replies. It connects Instagram to Shopify stores, replies to messages and comments in the brand's voice, and includes checkout links with the right products pre-loaded. The app attributes each order back to the conversation that led to it, allowing merchants to track the revenue generated from Instagram interactions.

Love how this app seamlessly integrates with our Shopify/Instagram. We haven't used it for very long, but I can already see how it could drastically improve conversions. Most of our marketing/advertising is done through social media, so being able to funnel customers to the right links or information in-app is incredibly useful. If you have a larger catalog like we do, setting up multiple keywords and messages for individual products (like with Manychat) can be very tedious and time consuming, so having the ability to connect to a live catalog where all the links and replies are configured for you is invaluable. Highly recommend giving SocialRepIAI a shot if you've been looking for an app like this!
