I've been using Solid Commerce customer for 5 years now and couldn't be happier. I recently switched from Bigcommerce to shopify. The integration is seamless and easy to set up, saving me hours of manual work. The support team is incredibly fast and always helpful, which is rare to find. If you need a reliable way to sync your Shopify store with other channels, this is it.

As a Solid Commerce user for 11 years and counting (we were at Channel Advisor before) I am convinced there is not a better value out there for online channel management. We made the switch from Big Commerce to Shopify for our website this year and the transition was not without (expected) hiccups but overall was extremely effective. Solid Commerce provided everything I needed during the transition, including after hours assistance and specialized training. Using Solid Commerce does require some level of technical expertise in online platform management. I can't imagine using another platform.

Have been with SolidCommerce for several years. Just recently switched from BigCommerce to Shopify and the process was very easy and smooth, the best transition I made and so thankful for Solid for helping me through the process. Thank you again so much!!

Terrible app and company . been paying them for 8 months and they have not done anything (including account setup ) or refunded me for services not provided
