App adds much needed feedback to shopify inbox, proactive chats are an essential driving force of our business, being able to customize the pro active chat message drives more conversions, as well as offering a toggleable offline mode for easy online/offline management, this is the single best solution for live chat via shopify inbox that exists, it's really well priced for what it does and the developer is knowledgeable and a fantastic help. I'd leave 6 stars if I could.

This app is a hidden gem! It makes the native Shopify Inbox app fully customizable, allowing you to change fonts, update headings, add your own logo, modify the chat icon, and more - all to suit your brand perfectly. I'm so grateful for this app existing - definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Spark Tools for Inbox is the only effective solution that truly delivers on its promises. The app offers an easy and intuitive scheduling feature, along with many other functionalities that made a big difference in our decision to use it. We no longer receive messages outside our company’s working hours, and spam from countries where we don’t deliver has completely disappeared. The app support doesn’t deserve just 5 stars—it deserves 10 stars! The developer, Donald, provided exceptional assistance. We had a Zoom call that lasted almost 2 hours, and everything was resolved with utmost professionalism and expertise. And as a bonus I had 2 hours of free English conversation class (cuz I'm brazilian and I've been working my vocab)... hahahaha If you need an app to enhance your Inbox functions, you’ve found it! Thank you so much for the app and the support, Donald—you’re amazing!
