I am deeply unsatisfied with my experience using this app. It is overpriced, lacks proper support, and the response time to tickets is unacceptable. After waiting an entire month for a response, the issue remains unresolved. This has been frustrating and disappointing, as I had higher expectations from your service. I cannot recommend your app based on my current experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer support and problem resolution processes.
