Spec & Compare was a perfect upgrade to our Product detail page. We use it since around 6 months and love it's deep integration with shopify metafields. Their support is very reactive and helpful and luckily not often needed because the app just works.

I found this app to be an absolute nightmare to set up. I installed it and uninstalled it three times because I really wanted it to work. Instead, there have been many hours of my life wasted on this. Support was slow and robotic. I would guess this app is good if you have a small product range and want to tinker, tinker, tinker with your site. Otherwise, bleah. I note that developers were quicker, and more thorough in their reply to this review than they ever were when I reached out for their assistance.

We're sorry to hear you did not like the app, although we feel your review is highly unfair. We did our best to help you; we gave you links to documentation, screenshots, and more. Unfortunately, whenever we tried to help you, you never answered, making it extremely hard to give you any help. You did not respond to our instructions, leaving us in the dark about where you were being stuck. We tried our best with you, but support is not a single-handed effort. You also have to answer and try to tell us exactly where you are stuck so we can help you further. Also, answering us, "I am sure you are nice people, but right now, I fucking hate you," to the uninstall reason while we just tried to help you set up the app is highly disrespectful. All our other customers find the app easy to use. We sincerely hope that you are treating your customers more politely. We'd prefer you not re-install our app in the future, as we don't want to deal with merchants like you.

Amazing app with a whole bunch of customisation options to get it exactly as you would like. So far the only downside I have is how the table formats on mobile however it does still complete its purpose better than competitors. I had a bug on the display of the table and contacted the dev team, they were exceptional in fixing the issue within a week even going as far as buying another monitor just to try and replicate the issue we were facing. Ultimately this worked and they found the issue then implemented a fix straight away which has fixed our site. Can't fault it at all.

Looked at various apps and this one is doing a very good job. Good control over the design, but foremost: it pulls all meta data default and in translated versions from our Muliti language store, many filtering apps are not able to do. Clean interface, easy to configure. So basically nothing wrong with it

This app is one of the best i have ever used. It looks great(customable), works great. The support team is excellent and fast. If you need specification tables, i recommend using this app or at least try it.

The best app for adding specifications to a website. Super easy to use and implement with lots of options, but more important: the support is outstanding. Had a problem which was fixed within 24 hours, even though they told me to get it fixed next week. I compared a lot of apps for specifications, but this one is by far the best.

I've migrated to this app from another compare app and I couldn't be happier. This is completely editable with a little know-how, can hook up Javascript events etc. Much faster loading. Support has also been fantastic as well.

The program is good but there need to be an bulk update. Its take a lot of time to do it mannualy. Maybe an option like Metafields Guru?
We're sorry to hear you're facing issues with our app. While the app does not have bulk update feature natively, please note that what our app does under the hood is saving metafields. This means that you can use an app such as Matrixify or Metafields Guru to actually save the values, and take advantage of our app to display the tables on your store. A great app. Working with the developer, they implemented a feature they thought was a good idea from one of my questions. After testing 4 other comparison apps, this was the only one that met most of our needs. Can group different product types together. Super helpful. And also, can use the same metafield for different product types, which is CRITICAL for backend management. Pretty cool to know this software will probably only get better.

This app is excellent, and the developer is even better. I had the day off for Christmas so I went to play around with getting this app set up, and I had a lot of questions and customization needs. Not only did the developer spend 2 hours of his Christmas night answering all my questions and helping me implement the solutions, but the end result is absolutely stunning. The app also has great customization features which is important for a store like ours that is heavily customized. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for the great app!
