The worst customer service I have ever encountered! No one answers! Not in the "live" chat on the application page, not in email, not in WhatsApp. And regarding the speed improvements...here, too...lots of big words and zero in the results. Not recommended!!

We launched a new theme for our Shopify store and realized that our mobile performance was exceptionally low. We installed the Swish app and were immediately contacted by a representative to assist with the process. Within a day, our website performance improved significantly. Swish team helped me to improve my store score from 42 to 86 in a couple of hours. I am really satisfied by their service, they answered all of my questions quickly and did a great job. With this app installed there is no need to use any other optimization app and I definitely recommend it to everybody who wants to save time and money for optimization.

I want one star but i am giving the three stars because I don't want to destroy someone's business. they almost destroy my running store. God save me because I already made the backup. they deleted all my app codes on my live theme without my permission. I was surprised. Due to deleted my app code, my site became a dummy. They deleted all my variations. Please keep this in mind whenever you will hire them. they will delete all app codes that may be most important for you. if you are not using any app then it will be perfect. Customer service is very nice. Very Disappointed.

deinstall the app and still load https://swishapp.digital/static/footerLoader.min.js The code slows down our site. it was on the footer.liquid - I delete it and website is much fast

It worked great on desktop. From 60% to 92%. Mobile went up from 20% - 35%. I contacted support and they were superb. Now 98% for google speed test on desktop and 70% on mobile. A massive improvement. What great support!
