Claire, it's great to work with. Responds to emails extremely quickly. Helped us get our Google products posted properly. We also have their other Tapita program, which helps with our SEO, and we see an immediate increase in our visibility.

The team behind Tapita and all of their apps have top tier customer service. Never any issue getting support, super curtious and is on the job getting any issues fixed asap. I appreciate you guys! And traffic is picking up to my store!

Elias helped me set up my google merchant center account to sync with the SPD:Google shopping feed app. She was very polite and quick doing everything and she was informative about the app and set up. Great customer service.

Unfortunately, the app doesn't work. All my services are on one Google account. But the app says on one page that I don't have Google Merchant Center, and on another page it says that Google Merchant Center is connected. Because of this, it won't let me proceed.
Firstly, we're sorry for your bad experience from our app. Your connection problem might only due to the lack of permission that you gave our app at login, which can be solved by simply logging in again. Can you please reinstall the app and try again? We can definitely make a call to guide you through.
