I needed to be able to list a main product. And then list all of the additional products that fit and/or support said main product. The Product Addon App was a perfect fit for what I needed to do. The App was easy to set up, and use. I was able to link up over 1360 products on my website without any problems. And when I found I needed help with customizing the app to present my added products more efficiently... The folks at Spice Gems were quick to respond to my cries for help, and solved my problem perfectly. I'm impressed, and very happy.

I wasn't expecting an app service's support team to respond to me in such a timely fashion. But they solved my problem in one day and did an amazing job beyond expectation. Without asking, they also update the add-on CSS to match my current theme. It saved a lot back and forth time. Another thing worth notice is that their support emails are also very professional. They highlighted area needs attention or action, from which I can feel how their team care about user experience:D Very happy about their product and services!

I was looking for a simple way for customers to see related products on a product page and add those directly to the cart with the same click on the add-to-cart-button. The app "Product Addons" does exatly that. It instantly led to an increase of related product sales after I setup the app. The SpiceGems team was very kind and helpful. They showed me some more design examples and added customizations within hours. It's fantastic! Can absolutely recommend this app.

Customer service has been fantastic! They helped us customize the app exactly how we wanted, all during our free trial. The interface is very user friendly but could use a few more options built in so as to avoid lots of custom coding. Overall the app has been very beneficial to our website and would recommend it.

This app was exactly what I needed in terms of adding optional framing for my artworks, but I'm even more impressed with the help team. They were prompt, friendly and went out of their way to solve further issues that weren't even caused by their app, all while I'm still on the free trial.
