Fantastic customer service received. Vikas was quick to respond and sort any issues we faced straight away. The app is now working exactly as we require. Thank you!

Great product that makes our webshop better. Fast and professional support

Great add-on and really helpful and friendly customer support. Highly recommended!

The team at EPA was able to help me perfectly with adjusting the layout exactly how I wanted it. Communication went smoothly, and they responded quickly to emails. Everything was adjusted within a day. This app is an absolute must-have for your website. I haven’t found any other app that is so easy to use and also looks great on my webshop. Thank you, EPA team!

We are very satisfied with the Easy Product Addon app. We use constantly to increase our AOV and now in the process of introducing new add-ons at the cart level. Yatish and the support team are extremely fast to respond and demonstrate a very flexible approach to allow maximum customization. Highly recommended.

Perfect app for including Add Ons in your site, very easy to use and an excellent support team if you need any help.

App works flawlessly and it offers quite a lot of customizations. The support team is quick to respond via email(usually ~1 day) and the helped me to achieve a custom solution for my store. The only thing that it is lacking is separate discounts for each addon, right now it's only possible to set the same percentage or dollar discount on all addons.

This app is very slick. Easy to create add-on items to your product offerings. Had a question regarding custom positioning of our add-ons. Got a quick response and they added the code to customize the location for us! Highly recommend this app if you’re wanting to increase revenue through customer built add-on packages.

I created our first Shopify website and needed a product addon app. I tried about 6 different product addon apps and Easy Product Addon was the clear winner. Their customer support team gave me the best experiance I have had since starting our website. They did all the customization to make the app fit in to our store. It works great and they made it look like its part of the theme with no extra costs involved ! 5 Stars all the way !

I LOVE this app and the customer support. Chitra and team were so easy to work with to get my questions answered. 10/10 highly recommend.

Amazing app, easy to work with. The support team was fantastic working with us to resolve a couple of issues; quick to respond and dedicated to making sure everything works as it should.

It simply works and the customer service is very helpful!

SpiceGems is a solid company with great integrity and world-class customer support. They worked tirelessly with our company to provide technical support and App support to make their Apps work for our specific application. In a very crowded space overfilled with product add-on and swatch Apps, I highly recommend selecting this company and their Apps. Our company used other solutions and they just fell short. Nothing but high praise for SpiceGems!!
