EPA‑ Easy Product Addons

SpiceGems is a solid company with great integrity and world-class customer support. They worked tirelessly with our company to provide technical support and App support to make their Apps work for our specific application. In a very crowded space overfilled with product add-on and swatch Apps, I highly recommend selecting this company and their Apps. Our company used other solutions and they just fell short. Nothing but high praise for SpiceGems!!

Great app that met our needs, and the support team is very helpful in rendering assistance when required

Great app, and one of the best supports I ever had. The reached out to me within minutes and made customization on my theme within one day to perfectly fit my requirements

This app is GREAT and customer service is exceptional. Any issues, they are super prompt to fix. Very happy

Great support and implementation

Funktioniert recht gut, und das was nicht funktioniert hatte wurde vom Support individuell gelöst. Durchaus eine Empfehlung wenn man Zusatzprodukte detailliert gesteuert anzeigen möchte.

We needed a different app for add-on products after we realised the limitations in our previous one. SpiceGems replied to our queries very promptly before we added this app and were able to reassure us that they could solve our problems. Once we installed the app the team has been extremely fast and helpful in customising both the appearance and functionality of the add-on feature for us. I feel comfortable that any future issues we have or changes we want to make will be dealt with quickly and to a high standard.

I had used this app before and ending up coming back to it. It's a great app for when you need to upsell accessories with your main listings. Customer service was wonderful about customizing the app and getting it to look exactly as I wanted. I do recommend this app.

If I could I would like to give it more than 5 stars. Incredibly good and fast support, great development team who accepted and implemented my requests for changes. I have rarely seen such a good app and support. Absolute recommendation!

The team at EPA is a pleasure to work with. Fast to respond to requests, willing to provide custom solutions, and more. I would recommend using the app.

EPA has revolutionized our Shopify store by seamlessly integrating add-on products! With EPA, our customers can now easily enhance their shopping experience by adding complementary products to their orders. This app has significantly enriched our store's functionality and user experience. We wholeheartedly recommend EPA to any store looking to offer convenient add-on options for their customers. Thank you, EPA, for such a valuable addition to our platform!

This app is fantastic, and the support team have been incredibly helpful. We searched endlessly for an app that had the functionality and the customisability of front-end display but could never find one that did both well. This absolutely knocks it out of the park in both respects. And the team have gone above and beyond providing custom code to help us achieve exactly what we needed. Thank you so much!

This app is great and so is the support team. Quick responses to questions and help with custom design requests. Definitely recommend. We've used this app for 3 different Shopify stores at this point. Thank you!

This app is exceptional, and their support team is simply outstanding. From seamless functionality to personalized assistance, they have surpassed all expectations. The app itself sure is still under development but you can tell your requirements to their support team and they will give you what you want. Team SpiceGems are truly amazing. I wish you all the best. 100/10 Team SpiceGems have surpassed all my expectations once again. I know the things I wanted was a little bit complicated and hard to do, but here they are, they gave me exactly what I want. 1 of the best team I encountered here in shopify. Long live team SpiceGems!

The product is easy to use, stable, and the development team is impressed with the excellent customer support.

Great service and great product for additional sales. Even individual customer requests are implemented free of charge!

They responded to my inquiry very promptly and I was quickly able to fix the issue I was having. I love the way the addons look on my store. The discounted price option is awesome too!

App is easy to install, display looks professional and the team sorted out queries promptly. Thank you SpiceGems.

Easy to set-up and customize. Would have love more advanced functionalities but you get you money's worth for the fantastic customer service and customization help along the way. The team understood and were able to help with all my requests and provided alternatives.
