The support is exceptional. So important when you're using a new app and trying to make it work with your existing site design. they accommodated a couple of aesthetic changes which has convinced me to give the app a proper test. I don't know about page speed changes or anything else yet, but the support is top notch.

We have been using the Addons app for about a month. We have already seen an increase in customers purchasing the suggested items from the Addons section. The original set up was very easy (the app support does it all). Customer support has been responsive and helpful. We use the collections and the individual product addons. Both are easy to use.

The team of Spice Gems is absolutely the best. Great and fast support with anything you might need to customize and make theirs solution look and work as best as possible for your webpage. Our web shop sell sportswear with customized names and numbers which needed SKU as well for the products add on but it was very hard to find an app solution for all of those needs in one but the solution-oriented team of Spice Gems made that happen for our web store. Installed this app after testing some of the other options available on Shopify and we couldn't be happier with it! It allows us to show many different Addons and was so easy to set up. We asked the Spice Gems team for a customization and they were incredibly accomodating, helpful, and quick to respond. The app has already led to more sales and we will consider using it on other sites in the future.
