Subscribed to monthly plan but still showing free package. No support, Emailed and tried to contact but no support
Hello, Out of the 2,000+ shops using Spinnio, I must say that your case has been one of the most challenging. You initially purchased a plan but downgraded immediately after. No funds were ever charged or withdrawn from your account. Despite this, you left a review claiming that we never provided your plan, which is incorrect, as you downgraded it yourself. Additionally, on WhatsApp, you demanded a refund for money that was never taken from you, threatening to keep your review up unless I complied. You mentioned you would remove it once Shopify confirmed what I explained, but after they did, you blocked me instead. I genuinely went above and beyond to assist you, even offering you a free unlimited plan until shopify explains you situation in full - in good faith, hoping we could find a solution that worked for both of us. However, since you have now blocked me and the review remains, I am revoking the unlimited plan and will also be leaving an honest one-star review on Google regarding our experience. It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t find a way to resolve this amicably. Wishing you the best moving forward.

I am using the completely free version and I really liked it. It has been easy to configure and they have many customization options. I also requested support help to see it in the mobile version and received help very quickly. I feel grateful!
