This app is incredibly user-friendly. The drag-and-drop interface makes it a breeze to design forms exactly how I want them. Used this app for creating forms it even let us use upload in it free plan, but its one of the only ones that works out the box!

I have tried different Form builders but this one is far out the best! I am super happy how I can change the colors and customize everything! Defenitly will keep using this!
