This app is incredibly easy to use and powerful! In just 3 simple steps, I was able to create fully functional forms using the SK: Advanced Form Builder. It offers a range of templates like "Contact Us" and "Booking Appointment," which saved me tons of time. I also love how customizable the forms are – you can tweak the look with custom CSS to match your site perfectly. The app's integration with Klaviyo is a huge plus, allowing me to tag users based on the form they submit, and the drag-and-drop feature makes managing forms so easy. It is exactly what i required. Simple easy to use form implementations. I had a small issue which was fixed almost immediately. I highly recommend this Install.

Simple, practical and fast. Best cost benefit. We were able to place the form on the product page that needs price consultation. The AI-powered chat responded quickly and accurately when we had questions. Recommend!

So glad I found SK: Advanced Form Builder. I tried a handful of other contract / quote form builders - all of which were a pain to setup and super buggy. SK: Advanced Form Builder worked amazingly and was very easy to use. Highly recommended.

This app is pretty good! It allowed me to build a beautiful custom form easily, and the Klaviyo integration is super helpful. The only drawback is that you can't customize the template of the customer thank you email after they submit and inquiry- you can only change the text. Customer support is very responsive as well.
