This is exactly the app I was looking for. Its simple to create a form and there are no locked features to make you buy into the subscription. The customer support is awesome and fast. Thanks to the whole team for providing such a great app!

This is the best form builder app I've used. The ability to apply custom CSS makes it incredibly flexible, which is a huge benefit for us. Additionally, the inclusion of 'image' fields is impressive. Thank you!

Great plugin! Straightforward quick setup! We especially love the option to have responses from different forms delivered to different email addresses. Many other apps we tried needed this function. Thanks Squadkin!
