The best contact form application that I have tried, and above all and very important that you can configure SMTP, since not all apps of this style accept it. Your team has helped me with the integration and with all the doubts that have arisen. Recommended application to replace the poor and native Shopify application.

This is the best app for forms. user friendly..customer service super.

I have used many forms as tools, and this one is the most satisfactory to me. It has a simple operation interface, does not require coding, and provides many templates. If you have any questions, there is online customer service to provide technical support, and the customer service replies quickly. In general, if you are choosing a form software, I recommend you choose it.

Review of the mobile app: Today, I downloaded the app and immediately started creating a form. The app turned out to be simple and easy to use. I needed to make a form with 30-40 questions. After filling in half of the table, I noticed that some questions were disappearing. At first, I thought it was my mistake or inattentiveness. I left this table in drafts and decided to create a new one, hoping everything would be fine. However, I encountered the same problem again – rows were disappearing from the table. I contacted customer support. They responded very quickly and promised to resolve the issue within two days. I continue to work on the table and hope that everything will work out on the third attempt.

Great plugin! Very easy quick setup! We especially love the option to have responses from different forms delivered to different email addresses. Many other apps we tried did not have this function. Thanks Squadkin!

Amazing app. used other shopify apps for form building and this beats them all and its free!
