After searching lot of forms i found this app. It offers exactly same features which I required to run my website. The user interface of form makes it incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't tech-savvy. Highly recommend!

Too good to be true. Couldn't believe my eyes when I came across this app and it was FREE. It has all the features I need. it's easy to use and everything is straightforward. I inquired live chat about something and they were quick to respond to my questions & troubleshoot with me.

Waited a little while before reviewing this to ensure no sudden changes. App is free, much better than a rival app i previously used. Flows better, simple things like whne a email comes through you can reply directly to the persons email. Previously used myappgurus Contact Form Builder. This i find much better and it has so far stayed free

So easy to set up and works great. There is a support website and chat to help if you need it, but honestly was so easy I didn't need to use the chat. I'd highly recommend - especially with it being a free app. Nothing not to like.

I'm using this app to create a form. Required some customization on the existing form fields, but that was not part of the app. Developer created fields for me and modified the app as per requirements. Support is quick and respond back positively. Amazing app and great customer support. The feature are amazing and easy to use.
