We’ve tried every form solution out there, and SK: Advanced Form Builder is hands down the best for Shopify. It's completely free, supports image uploads, and integrates beautifully with our PageFly pages. The support is responsive, the form styling is flexible (we even added our own fonts and branding), and it works perfectly for our jewellery repair request system. Can’t believe this much functionality is offered for free. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for serious forms with serious flexibility!

Best form builder in my opinion, Way more customization than the default shopify forms app

We were looking for a form builder that integrates nicely with our branding, and SK more than delivers. The app is very easy to set up and customize, and includes many block elements for different data such as free text, radio buttons, star ratings, check boxes, etc. As a big plus, you can upload and submit files, and set conditional logic to create workflows depending on the answers on your form. You get email notifications when a form is submitted, but can also retrieve all submissions from the App admin. The support team is very responsive, and was quick to jump in and assist us during the implementation. Look no further if you need a form builder for your store, this one has everything you may need, and more.

I am truly surprised that this app is free. (*SEE UPDATE BELOW) The form building process is simple, the integrations are powerful, there is significant flexibility in the types of fields that can be used in the forms, and the forms can be relatively lengthy. The "back end" mailing options and ability to integrate with SMTP servers and data collection options such as Google Sheets was exactly what I was looking for. In short, this is the first app I have found that meets every wish I had when I decided to abandon the previous configuration I was using. For it to be literally exactly what I was looking for AND be free is just remarkable. *It is no longer free, at least, the features that I need are no longer free. I've spent several hours creating forms, making the connections for data to be transmitted to Google Sheets, setting up email notifications... now I am only able to use 2 of the forms I've been creating, Google Sheets is no longer available, and removing their branding is no longer an option (I was told that to remove their branding I had to write a review, which is why I did it in the first place)

Best Form Builder – Does Exactly What I Need I've been using the SK: Form Builder app on my Shopify store, and it's been great. Super easy to use with a clean Select-and-use interface. I’ve created a few custom forms without any hassle – from basic contact forms to more detailed customer input forms. What I really like is how flexible it is. It lets me collect exactly the info I need from customers, and everything integrates well with my store. Support has been responsive too – got quick answers when I needed help. Overall, a reliable app that gets the job done. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
