Best Form Builder – Does Exactly What I Need I've been using the SK: Form Builder app on my Shopify store, and it's been great. Super easy to use with a clean Select-and-use interface. I’ve created a few custom forms without any hassle – from basic contact forms to more detailed customer input forms. What I really like is how flexible it is. It lets me collect exactly the info I need from customers, and everything integrates well with my store. Support has been responsive too – got quick answers when I needed help. Incredible app that should be standard on Shopify. Great work guys! Very easy to use and create a custom contact form for my growing team with a new customer service function. I wanted the ability to send CS emails to my CS team while maintaining admin emails to my inbox. This is also at an incredible price - FREE! I would like an upgrade for flows to send sales emails to my sales team and order emails to my customer support team based on a form response, but for the price, this is simply a nice to have improvement! Great work team!

As someone who needed complex forms for custom orders, this app has exceeded all my expectations. The Conditional Logic function is really helpful for our jewelry store.
