This app changed my LIFE! You won’t find a better AI customer service app. Period. It will automatically send responses from your knowledge base. The emails are well written and can be edited. You can even refund and send a replacement order out without leaving the dashboard. The customer service is top notch and any improvements we suggested during our weekly check-ins have been done within a day. I can’t recommend this app enough!!!
