Fantastic app! We are a large retailer who is very promotional and often run early access promotional events, or additional discounts to different segments. With Shopify's discount limitations, the various scenarios we face are sometimes hard to navigate. Stack Discounts Pro has taken a lot of the stress and workarounds we would typically need to do, and allow for an easy way for us to create and schedule our sometimes tricky promotions. Not only that, their support team is dedicated and hands on. During our BFCM pre-testing, we faced issues with discount setup and they were attentive and dedicated to helping resolve the issue, even live while on support chat. Can't recommend this app enough!

Very buggy. During a big sale, the discount only worked for one color for one of our products - this doesn't work reliably for variants at all! Works ok for simple things but no support at all is offered. I have several outstanding tickets and have sent messages for a few weeks and have received zero communication. There are some features that would make this app much more useful and flexible, but unfortunately no one seems to be working there. If your products have variants - I'd advise you to use a different app.
