Fantastic app! We are a large retailer who is very promotional and often run early access promotional events, or additional discounts to different segments. With Shopify's discount limitations, the various scenarios we face are sometimes hard to navigate. Stack Discounts Pro has taken a lot of the stress and workarounds we would typically need to do, and allow for an easy way for us to create and schedule our sometimes tricky promotions. Not only that, their support team is dedicated and hands on. During our BFCM pre-testing, we faced issues with discount setup and they were attentive and dedicated to helping resolve the issue, even live while on support chat. Can't recommend this app enough!

Very buggy. During a big sale, the discount only worked for one color for one of our products - this doesn't work reliably for variants at all! Works ok for simple things but no support at all is offered. I have several outstanding tickets and have sent messages for a few weeks and have received zero communication. There are some features that would make this app much more useful and flexible, but unfortunately no one seems to be working there. If your products have variants - I'd advise you to use a different app.

This app enables you to choose whether you want discounts to be stacked or the best discount to apply when multiple discounts are available. This app had the flexibility that I was looking for when applying discounts. The support was also very good. They addressed my query very promptly.

Our company is very unique in almost every way, which means we rely on a wide range of apps since Shopify doesn’t natively provide many of the functions we need. Because of this, we often run into issues with apps not working together as smoothly as we’d like. I reached out to the Stack Discounts Ninja support team for help with a discount that required using another app’s settings. Their response was impressive—they replied quickly, let me know that the feature I needed could be added to future development, and even provided a custom solution I could use right away until their dev team is able to implement the update. It’s rare to find support that goes above and beyond like this, and I really appreciate the extra effort they put in.

An excellent app that does exactly what it’s supposed to. It delivers on all its promises and the team even goes above and beyond. Our setup would normally require Shopify’s highest-tier plan but thanks to this app we’re saving a lot without compromising our marketing needs. What’s more, the support is outstanding. They are responsive, fast, and the implementation was smooth. They even help with things outside their direct offering, such as setting up coupon mechanics in relation to other apps as well, so everything works beautifully for us without any conflicts. If you’re comparing apps to find the right one for your store you can stop now. This one is a no brainer.

100% recommended. The interface is simple and easy to use, but has many advanced features if you need them. We used this to combine a 10% discount & Free shipping into a single discount code we can give to new customers. Sounds simple, but there are not many apps that can do that, inc shopify standard. Give it a try.

After testing several discount apps, Stack Discounts Ninja stood out as the best solution. We offer trade discounts to specific customers, and this app allows us to set different discount amounts across various collections with ease. The best part? The customer experience is seamless. All they have to do is enter one discount code at checkout and boom, all their eligible discounts are applied. No confusion, no extra steps. The included widget is also a great touch, clearly showing customers what discounts they have available while shopping. Support has been fantastic, friendly, fast, and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

I’ve searched through many different discount applications, but none offered the features this one does — discounts in various formats, not just percentages but also fixed value discounts, as well as combinations of these for different products within a single campaign. And that’s not all! After I reported that I could use some option that currently isn't available, I got a response that they would add it to the development queue. On top of that, the service is always excellent and helpful. I couldn’t have made a better choice!

We used Stack Discounts Ninja for a time-sensitive campaign where we needed more than Shopify’s 25 automatic discount limit. The app worked flawlessly—allowed us to stack multiple discounts easily, no code needed. The widget looked great and helped boost conversions. Highly recommended for sales events!

App does exactly what it says, customer support was good and helped with setting up, but very expensive to what it does (for us at least)

Very misleading. It said that it would allow me to combine discounts/codes and nope. I wanted something as basic as being able to offer 10% off with free shipping after a certain amount when customers entered a code and their program cannot do combined offers. I'm puzzled as how something so basic cannot be done. Customer service was not very helpful and very curt answers. They did not made me feel reassured like they would work with me or help me find a solution. Instead they told me that no app can do that and wanted my customers to jump through hoops. Not a very friendly interaction at all.
