KWD Infocom: Staff Notes

KWD Infocom: Staff Notes allows ecommerce merchants to attach private notes, @mentions, and tasks across their Shopify store. Users can leave confidential notes on products, orders, customers, and abandon carts to keep their team aligned. The app also enables mentioning teammates with @alerts, assigning follow-up tasks, and tracking supplier information and product costs within the Shopify Admin. Additionally, users can search, filter, and export notes in a fast staff workspace. The notes are stored securely in native Shopify Metafields with no external data sharing, and the app is compatible with Shopify Flow automation.
