It allows teams to stay aligned with confidential notes that shoppers do not see, mention teammates with @alerts, assign tasks, and track supplier information and product costs within the Shopify Admin. The notes are stored securely in native Shopify Metafields with no external data sharing, and the app is compatible with Shopify Flow automation features.
