I've used Easyteam for a year now and it has been nothing but great! Customer service has always responded back within the matter of minutes! A+ service!!

EasyTeam is so easy to use! Still, I am particularly challenged when it comes to the payroll side of things and that's where their stellar support comes in. I have reached out to them multiple times and they are on point: quick reply and very concise, while helping me understand where I was going wrong. I am beyond pleased to switch to this company vs my previous one that started with a P and ended with an aychex. This one is run by actual feeling and breathing human beings.

Absolutely stellar service. Had a question on complicated commissions plan and agent was able to not only answer, but also set the plans up for me in just a few minutes. Fantastic company!

The app is a little tricky to figure out some things, but that's probably just the user.. The customer service is spot on and very helpful! Especially Ann who was able to help resolve my issue after a few messages. Thank you for all your help!
