Easyteam POS Time Clock In

The Easyteam chat group is amazing! They always answer my questions really quickly, which I really appreciate when I'm busy with the shop. Love this system and the team they have in place.

App is easy to use, ties clock in and timecard mgmt capabilities into POS. Makes it easier for me and my team. The Easyteam is always helpful and attentive when I have questions or need reports. Highly recommend this app!

Great app! Always super responsive. UI is intuitive for my non-tech-friendly staff. Most important is that their customer service rocks -- real human responses & willing to help/explain/fix/improve features. Highly recommend!

Great app that makes tracking employee hours and schedules painless. The entire support team is extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely a must if you are using Shopify POS in a brick-and-mortar location.

Any time I've had an issue with scheduling, taxes, payroll, etc., the Easyteam team has been so incredibly helpful! The chat feature is super quick and makes it incredibly easy to fix any issues I have. Additionally, they're willing to take the time to look into issues that I have so that I don't have to! That's a huge help when it comes to running a business. Not having to spend the additional time troubleshooting those issues saves me so much time. Very thankful for the services they provide!

Always Very Helpful!

Easy team has really been helpful for our small bakery. We are using the scheduling features, the time card tracking, and the built in payroll features. Like any software system, Easy team has its quirks, but whenever you need help, there are people from Easyteam online that are super responsive and helpful. Whenever we have an issue, they can look under the hood, diagnose what's happening, and then advise us, usually within minutes. And if they are offline later in the evening, they typically reply in email the next day. Easyteam's best feature may be its customer support.

Great app for managing staff and everything that comes with it. Has all the settings and functionalities you can think of to have full control. Customer service is also spectacular. Had a small issue and Ann was extremely proactive. She diagnosed and fixed within minutes of reaching out. No back and forth or delegating of responsibilties to other platforms. Wonderful app and team.

Very Slow. Employees are having trouble logging in and there is no easy resolution. Very Dated.

Absolutely stellar customer service. The few problems I encountered were my fault and the Easyteam people got me on the right path in a snap!
