Their customer service was amazing. Natalie helped me through modifying our account and was able to effortlessly guide me through it. I wish all experiences with vendor partners were this easy! Thank you for the great support!

So far, I like the ease of setting everything up and it syncs with Shopify. I love the checklist that you can create. It also has templates you can use. The online staff are very helpful if you have any questions.

I had an issue with my interfacing between easyteam and Shopify, and the easyteam crew replied immediately (in real time) with a solution.

had an update issue with clocking in and out on POS. Peter helped me very quickly and I was back up and running !

The app is all-encompassing, and our store Rainbow Jo uses it for multi purposes. I needed help with the Staff Management function, and Natalie from customer support was awesome! She gave me the solution that eluded me yesterday, and I was easily able to install the updated time clock tile. Great help on-the-spot! Phyllis for Rainbow Jo

It is indeed easy! If you are looking for an easy way for employers to clockin on phones, tablets, desktops or all of the above, this is the app for you. Plus the customer service is fantastic, specifically Natalie!

Great service, easy to use app. Only feature we could use is ability to adjust start time for a shift in progress.
