If I could give them zero stars I would. Initially they were responsive and helpful, but now all communication stopped. I am not sure if they are just going under or what is happening. I had a customer order $400 worth of product. The order was fulfilled, and after that the system "cancelled" it because an item went out of stock? I have been trying to reach support for exactly two weeks, with a couple of random excuses of "we've been having issues with intercome," "we are working on it." I am unable to charge the customer as the trial has already ended and I am not able to get a hold of anyone who can actually provide a solution. Do not waste your time, money and sanity. Stay away.

Very Helpful Staff. Implementation was great easy and quick. set up process was less than a day. Great marketing collateral received as well to push business
