GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DONT use this crappy service. There is constant updates that GLITCH every day. Customer service is a joke, calls are overseas where they are NO help. I have to call often because there are so many problems, but today was the day I quit stamps. Im on hold for 25 to speak to an agent, I get on the call and she doesnt understand anything then hangs up on me, I called again and am on hold for 20 mins, this agent doesnt understand my concern and installs the latest version of the software, DELETES my shopfiy account and cant get it back. I beg her to transfer me to a "SENIOR TECH" after a THREE hour phone call, my account is messed up worse then I began with. Nothing is fixed, they are useless, waste of time. Do yourself a favor and RUN

Stamps.com needs to roll their entire platform back to "Classic". Since they launched this new version it has been plauged with problems. Cant print from the orders screen at all, cant print multiple stamps for letters... this is so far from where it was it is scary. and now, i cant even get my app linked to my shopify store. There is no indicator on if it is actually connected or not. The new system is a complete and utter train wreck. at least for now, If you need postage for your shopify orders you are far better off ordering it through shopify directly than using stamps.com

huge pain in the a**. When it works, it works. When it does not, your day is finished and you wont be printing orders. I seriously cannot understand why they can't get this working. Fire the R&D Team and start over. Calling in for help takes hours.

Absolute garbage. Used to work fine. Now it's a steaming pile of poo. I don't want to learn a whole new system, but the ineptitude of Stamps is staggering as of late. Did you hire a whole new staff? Please hire based on merit.

The price of this app is unreasonable compared to alternatives. Additionally, it wasn't uploading tracking from the application.
