So far so good! Both Dev and Customer support are very responsive, one promptly implementing a UX enhancement, the other taking the time to clearly explain an aspect of the workflow. App seems well thought out and full featured. Looking forward to using it to check tickets for our event.

This product is a game changer and has made the hosting of my webinar a streamlined and user-friendly experience. I wish that I have known about it much earlier. I am encouraged to do more live events.
