StatusNotes is an app that allows ecommerce merchants to add custom messages to order status pages, reducing customer inquiries and providing answers to common questions. Merchants can create order-specific notes for delivery delays, product substitutions, or special handling instructions, as well as set up store-wide messages with return policies, contact information, and shipping updates. The app includes automatic backup protection to restore information if accidentally removed.

Works exactly as intended and was easy to set up. We are using it to add notes when customers contact customer service and make an order change (preferred delivery date in our case). Previously, we didn't have a way for customers to see that the change had been made since the items on the order remained the same. This would be very helpful for anyone doing custom orders.
