I’m really happy I found this app! It does exactly what I needed for my website. Being able to update and email customers based on their order type is a game changer. The app was easy to set up and support answered my question quickly. Since adding it to my store, I’ve received many compliments from customers. Highly recommend!

Does what it says on the tin! This has been a great app for me, which I use for a tracking service from start to finish and really does help keep the customers informed which has reduced my admin/ customer service time. I have been able to get time back to work on the business and not just emailing with updates. Takes a bit of setting up, but it's worth it in the long run. Also Daryl is just as responsive as the other reviews say, he really cares about this app & his customers and is quick to resolve any teething issue, even user error issue (whoops, thanks).

Been using for more than a year. Because of my business' specific, this app is my must have to keep my customers posted. The support is outstanding, albeit you can manage everything by yourself.

This app has great features- custom statuses, ability to automate, internal-only statuses, option to notify the customer or not, etc. We are very much enjoying the app! It runs smoothly, and the support team is wonderful and responsive.
