Outstanding App & Exceptional Support StatusPro has been an absolutely fantastic addition to our Shopify store. The app itself is incredibly well built, powerful, and flexible, it does exactly what it promises and then some. The capabilities are brilliant and it integrates seamlessly into our workflow and other systems via it's smart tools like dynamic data variables available in templates or flow capabilities for combining it with other systems, making order and status management far more professional and efficient. What truly sets this app apart though is the developer, Daryl. The level of support provided is genuinely above and beyond anything I’ve experienced with other Shopify apps. Fast responses, thoughtful solutions, and a real willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything works perfectly for your store. It feels less like using a third-party app and more like having a dedicated developer on your team. If you’re considering StatusPro, don’t hesitate. It’s premium quality both in functionality and support. Highly recommended.

Wer nicht lange Zeit einplanen will sollte einen anderen Anbieter wählen. Kurz nach Installation und ausführen der Abo Gebühr wird man eingeschränkt und man muss erst eine Mail mit seinem Buissnesplan schicken. Sehr unprofessionell

We occasionally run a brief automated security screening to prevent spam and protect all merchants using our app. In this case, the store required a short manual review, which was completed within approximately 15 minutes as part of our standard safety process. We offer a 14-day free trial, and no charges are processed prior to activation. Our goal is to maintain a secure and reliable service for all merchants.

App AND the Support Team have been excellent. I've finally headed off of all of the "Where's my Order" questions from customers.
