From our very first calls to get us onboarded in May 2024, through our formal onboarding in February 2025, and even today, I can confidently say that Stay.ai has been an amazing team to work with. Gina and her incredible team have been nothing short of exceptional. The level of service, care, and ongoing support we’ve received as a client goes far beyond what you typically experience with a subscription platform. They don’t just support you when something breaks, they genuinely partner with you to help optimize every feature the platform offers so it truly fits your business model. What really sets Stay.ai apart is how thoughtfully the platform is built for real subscription businesses: It gives customers full flexibility to manage their subscriptions easily (skip, swap, delay, frequency changes) without creating friction or support tickets The retention tools and workflows are intuitive, powerful, and actually drive results, from proactive churn prevention to smart winback flows The data and insights allow us to clearly understand customer behavior and make informed decisions to improve LTV and retention Everything feels intentional and designed to scale with a growing brand, not just “out of the box” features that don’t adapt And last but definitely not least, our CSM, Charles, is absolutely the best to work with.
