I have been unable to use this app for nearly a month. I tried contacting the developer team through multiple channels, but they have been unresponsive and show little concern for resolving the issue. When I requested a fix, I was told to contact my own development team. This response is unreasonable—if a bug exists in your Shopify app and it completely prevents order synchronization, how is my development team expected to fix a problem within your application? Overall, the lack of support and accountability makes this app unreliable for business use.

Very bad. Bulk sending option doesn't work. They don't have bulk printing option of the invoices. Who does print inoice one by one? Fraud checker doesnot work

I need this apps please fix it

This app show host error after every few days, then stays for 4-5 days. faced this issue in the last 2 months for 3-4 times. Don't know what is the issue and why they don't fix it. ***Another new issue has arised this time after being disabled for 5-6 days, in the order page where all the order no and COD value input options are kept, it shows "sent", in all the orders it automatically says "sent". All the buttons have somehow gone gray, if I click review status it says something is wrong, if I click send, it says already sent. Please fix this issue ASAP
