Stellar Wishlist

I spent months researching apps to find the perfect wishlist for my website. I finally found it in this app. I absolutely loved it, and so did my customers. Unfortunately it seems that the app is broken. It throws a 503 error every time I try to open it, no matter if it's in the app, on my phone, or on desktop. The app looks like it's still working, but customers can't add any items to their wishlist and they can't edit. 2 emails later I haven't received assistance, even though the automatic email says I would be responded to in a few hours. I really don't want to lose this app. But emails are being ignored, my customers are upset, I'm still paying for it, and I'm out of patience. I've been a customer for just shy of 2 years and haven't had a problem until now. Edit: Shortly after this review was posted, the application started working again for my customers, do it looks like someone finally saw my messages. I still can't edit the app, it still throws a 503 error. But at least it's usable through the season I need it most.

Awesome app! functional and intuitive, if in case you have a problem, you might be lucky to be helped by Nancy, a very good and very patient support girl, even with someone like me who doesn't understand anything about this world! highly recommended the app

Great customer service - the team will go above to customize it specially to your needs. App is very professional looking and easy to use. Professional reports to help us understand customer behaviour too.
