This app developer has finally solved a problem with Shopify that Shopify themselves have turned a blind eye to for so long. This app will 100% allow you to do a percentage discount with a maximum discount limit. I have tried & tested it. We all know Shopify should have made this functionality years ago, but for the price how can you go wrong? Well done Hirano!
