Hola, necesito que me reembolseis mis 19,99 € debido a que cuando se me acabó el free trial de la app, se me quitaron esa cantidad de dinero el 30 de agosto de 2026 a las 10:15 cuando yo no tenía intención de pagar la app, solo quería probarla y compararla con algunas otras, espero que esto se solucione y el cargo vuelva a mi cuenta, espero una respuesta, gracias
Wirklich sehr starke App und vor allem der Support ist überragend!! Ich hatte 2 Probleme mit Sections, die anscheinend von meinem Theme nicht so wirklich angenommen wurde. Innerhalb von nur 48 wurde mir geholfen und alles hat wieder funktioniert. Klare Empfehlung, die App ist sowieso ein No-Brainer.
Habe die App erst seit kurzem und kenne mich mit Shopify usw. nicht gut aus, aber der Kundenservice hat mir sofort und schnell detallierte Hilfestellung gegeben und mir weitere Hilfe angeboten. Das hat mich wirklich sehr begeistert. Ich habe noch nicht alle Funktionen getestet, aber die App macht einen sehr verständlichen und übersichtlichen Eindruck. Zu wissen man erhält wirklich Support und wird nicht alleine gelassen beruhigt mich dabei sehr. Danke!!!
