Ruhehafen review for STKY ‑ Sticky Add To Cart Bar
I waited two full weeks for a solution. The support team kept making promises they never followed through on. After five days of silence, someone finally responded – but instead of checking the bundle I reported, they worked on a completely different one that was already functioning. Then they tried to present that as a “solution”, even though the actual issue hadn’t been touched. I pointed it out again – and got vague answers and another delay. Then three more days of silence. I constantly had to follow up myself, and all I got were generic replies. They repeatedly said “we’ll get back to you later today” – which only happened once in two weeks. Worst of all: this is a paid app. Had I not canceled the trial in time, I would’ve been charged for absolutely nothing. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to stall until the trial expired. I’ve since switched to another app – and the new developer fixed the exact same issue in just 5 minutes. That says it all. As a solo store owner, I rely on reliable tools and responsive support. Sticky Cart delivered neither. The bug was never fixed, communication was lacking, and the experience was borderline unprofessional.
