Excellent support, and a genuinely flexible app We use Slide Cart on a store that serves both retail and wholesale customers, which is a setup a lot of cart apps struggle with. Our reward bar was working perfectly for consumers, but we needed it switched off entirely for our B2B trade accounts, who already receive negotiated pricing. There was no built-in B2B toggle, so we contacted support expecting a long back-and-forth. Instead they replied quickly, understood the problem immediately, and configured a customer-tag-based exclusion for us the same day. Crucially they confirmed the rewards are fully disabled for tagged customers rather than just hidden from the interface, which was exactly the distinction that mattered to us. The app itself is well built. The reward bar, cart upsell and sticky add-to-cart have all performed well on the retail side, and the tiered goal system (free shipping at one threshold, free gift at another) is straightforward to configure. If you run a blended B2C/B2B store, this is one of the few cart apps we found that could be made to work properly for both. Recommended.

the app has been hacked, and someone has embedded custom code into the app's settings in my store to insert a malicious checkout that is not Shopify's official checkout. Orders have been processed through this malicious checkout. This app is not secure.
Hello, We're sincerely sorry for the concern this incident caused, and we understand why it affected your trust in our app. On 22 July 2026, we identified a security vulnerability affecting our Qikify Slide Cart Drawer that allowed an unauthorized third party to inject scripts into customizable HTML fields in the app settings, which redirected some shoppers to a fraudulent checkout page. We detected it the same day and removed all malicious scripts from every affected store within hours. Since then, we engaged an independent cybersecurity firm to carry out a full Incident Report investigation and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing, and reinforced security across our entire system. The vulnerability has been remediated and independently verified, and Shopify reviewed our remediation and security documentation before approving the app return to the App Store in late August 2026. Our app has been stable since then, with no further incidents. We've shared our findings, the incident timeline, and the security measures we've taken in our official report: https://qikify.com/pages/security-incident-notice We understand this incident damaged your trust in us, and we don't expect a review reply to repair that. We are new to this App and we think it is brilliant. All their functionality is so easy to understand and set up and the tiered discount offers and Slider reward bar resulted in our best promotion result EVER!, by 400%. Let's not forget to mention the Stella customer support from Rosa and the Dev team. They hopped onto resolving some integration issues quickly and even did a little tweaking to improve things further. One of the good Apps you can get for your Shopify store.

I tried so many slide cart drwaers but this is by far the best and cleanest looking one. Some features were missing and I relayed it to the support chat and they added it the next day. Would 100% recommend!
