I have asked them to fix an issue with their cart, they went and changed a live theme causing a problem that lost me £3-5k during our high selling seasons. They did not take copy, just changed the live theme and the support took 2 days to come back - If the issue was not escalated to Shopify, they would have not come back. As their gesture of goodwill, they offered 20% discount on their subscription. Honestly, I have not seen such unprofessionalism and we have been in the market for 5 years now.

About the response time, we would like to clarify a bit that we received your message on Friday and we were off on weekends so the response was delayed. We will try to improve our service to be able to cover more than 9 hours working shift in the upcoming time. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
