I have asked them to fix an issue with their cart, they went and changed a live theme causing a problem that lost me £3-5k during our high selling seasons. They did not take copy, just changed the live theme and the support took 2 days to come back - If the issue was not escalated to Shopify, they would have not come back. As their gesture of goodwill, they offered 20% discount on their subscription. Honestly, I have not seen such unprofessionalism and we have been in the market for 5 years now.

The application is quite sufficient to meet the needs of our store. The installation process was easy and saved us time in inventory management.
