Contact form works well, easy to setup. I may try the other floating 'live help' form as well.

this is a great app, easy to use, looks very nice without any effort on my side, my only wish is for an option for a one time purchase, other than that, it's actually great.

I spent quite a lot of time in searching what are the best contact form apps out there and after a lot of research I ended using this app. I really like the look and feel of this app. It's quite modern and very user-friendly/ intuitive to use. Their customer support services is also very helpful. I highly recommend you to use this app !

Easy to install and configure, very reactive support team. We had tried 3 different apps before this one. It suits our needs and doesn't slow down our website like the other apps. And the messenger button is a real plus for us.

Used this app to create a floating form for potential custom apparel orders to fill out and it simply did exactly what I needed it to. The support team is also incredibly responsive so they'll help you with any questions you have.

Fantastic app that works immediately. Lots of customization options (name of tab, colors, text, defined form fields, custom form fields, req/not required fields). The tab can be moved pixel by pixel into place if you want. Although not meant to be used this way, you can have no form fields and a button that redirects to another page so you can move people around your site strategically. Data is entered directly into a customer record (creates a new one, or adds to an existing one) and tagged - very easy to communicate with new customers that way. Couldn't be happier with this app and after discussing upcoming features with the developer, I'm even more excited.

I liked the app as an easy and subtle contact form, but my business requires attachments and sometimes larger srt files sent to us, so it didn't do the job we'd hoped it would. If we didn't need attachments, we would have kept it, especially for easy contact on mobile.

This is a great little unobtrusive clickable contact us form. The only problem is that I can't remove the words "get widget". I believe this is because I'm using the free version. I emailed support and have not heard back yet. If this can't be fixed, I'll have to remove the app.

The count of oage visitors is not correct. My analytics show that there have been less than 200 page visits since I added this app to my shop, and yet, this app says I have reached the max 500/month page visits and must upgrade to a paid subscription in order to contine using it. It was only up for like 2-3 days. This is nuts. It looked great while it was up, though, trying to configure the settings on mobile is a HORRIBLE experience. I had to just hop onto my desktop to set it up. Will be removing the app.
Hi Adriana, I've tried to contact you several times through email but didn't get any response. We're not counting page visits, we count website visitors. If you have around 160 visitors on your website daily, then the count makes sense. If you think there's an error in the count, please let me know so we can test it together. For the mobile editing - I agree, we have that on our roadmap and we plan to improve it :)
