I installed this app on 26 June 2026, but from the beginning it did not work as expected. Store scanning was not happening and repeatedly showed errors, and even after I upgraded to a higher plan using the app’s own 80% discount popup, the problems continued, including basic Google Search Console connection issues. I reported the issues to support multiple times, starting on 26 June, and although Jerry Duan replied asking me to reinstall the app, the same problems persisted after I did. After the store finally scanned properly on 2 July 2026, I requested the earlier promised discount, but it was refused, which felt very unprofessional and disappointing for a long-time Shopify user.
