Stockroom ‑ Purchase Orders

Very happy with this app as a Stocky replacement. The transition was almost seamless. Everything imported very easily. The two times I needed support since our transition, they were very quick to follow up. A zero cost option was worth trying and we are VERY glad we did!

Was stressing over this Stocky changeover and checked out a bunch of different apps to replace Stocky and just wasn't finding anything that did what I needed it to do. Amazingly I ran across your app as a suggestion while talking with ChatGPT so I gave it a go and have not been disappointed. The app is very intuitive if you are used to the Stocky workflow. I was up and running in minutes. There is a slight learning curve but not anything I needed to contact support about. The stocky PO import tool was probably the highlight of my onboarding experience. Stockroom imported over 2000 purchase orders from over the past couple of years we have been using Shopify POS in probably less than 10 minutes and they are in my workflow like they were there before. The only thing with the import is the PO number shown goes off your Stocky document number and not the actual invoice number, not a huge deal as I can search for the invoice number in the search bar. The imbedded label printing is huge too, I can ditch my label printing subscription that I was using with stocky. I tried to look for this in the label editor but didn't see it, if there was any way you could possibly add the option for Date/Time to print on the tags too? It would be super handy to be able to look at a price tag and have a heads up on aged inventory. Otherwise you guys knocked it out of the park. Thank you very much! UPDATE: David from MyWorks got back to me about the Date feedback and built it into Stockroom in less than an hour. Awesome Job!

Absolutely they deserve a Five Stars Review the application is wonderful to use and to replace the retiring Stocky app. I have used it for the last few days and it was so easy with a lot of wonderful options for inventory management. the support team are an awesome team and very professional & very responsive. they added some option that I asked for at the same Day! We switched over when Stocky sunset, and while there has been a learning curve, support has been absolutely amazing. I asked for the ability to add something to a report and two hours later it was ready to go. Awesome!

Honestly, I've been in retail for almost 20 years and this is hands-down the best app I've used. Every time I've suggested a tweak or feature, the team has either built it in fast or shown me a way to already do it, that kind of responsiveness is hard to find. We do a ton of special orders, pre-orders, and drop shipping for big items, so having something that makes all that simple instead of complicated is huge for us. This app just gets it right. Shopify's new native PO feature, on the other hand, felt like a step back in time and honestly just created more work. If you need real flexibility with POs, special orders, and vendor stuff, this is it.

I don't know what these guys are doing but they are adding new features like their on fire! Great Job and I think this is going to be one heck of a great app as they continue to develop it.

Stockroom is the perfect replacement for Shopify’s Stocky. Like many others, I was unsure what to use when Stocky was being shut down. I initially thought Shopify’s own purchase order system would do the job, but it just isn’t up to scratch. I stumbled across Stockroom and, after using it for only a few days, I’m incredibly impressed. On Friday evening, I asked whether metafields could be printed on labels. By Monday afternoon, the developers had added the feature. For context, I’ve been asking Shopify to improve its own label app for six years, with no success. For Stockroom to listen and implement it within days is genuinely amazing. It’s amazing to find an app whose developers genuinely listen to their users and act on suggestions so quickly. Highly recommended.

Amazing app and even more amazing developers. We moved over from Stocky and the migration was seamless. Any issues or concerns we had their support team was quick to assist and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are so happy to have found an alternative that does everything and more than what we were looking for.

Great. If the items with variants could be treated as one item that you click into to view its variants would be great. Like Stocky does it. Because when the variants are treated as individual items like Stockroom does it makes reports very long

We’ve been drastically affected by the sunsetting of Stocky. I searched high and low for something comparable and was honestly really put off by the whole situation. We were left in a bind in multiple ways, with several of our SOPs being unnecessarily disrupted in the process. Enter Stockroom. WOW. It is SOOO similar to Stocky, while still having its own flair. The creators have been incredibly responsive and have even added features AS I’VE REQUESTED THEM. Amazing. Just absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a Stocky alternative, quit wasting your time searching effective immediately and download Stockroom.
