We’ve been drastically affected by the sunsetting of Stocky. I searched high and low for something comparable and was honestly really put off by the whole situation. We were left in a bind in multiple ways, with several of our SOPs being unnecessarily disrupted in the process. Enter Stockroom. WOW. It is SOOO similar to Stocky, while still having its own flair. The creators have been incredibly responsive and have even added features AS I’VE REQUESTED THEM. Amazing. Just absolutely amazing. If you’re looking for a Stocky alternative, quit wasting your time searching effective immediately and download Stockroom.

This is a great replacement for Stocky. We have multiple locations and weighted inventory so getting something that works well for us is difficult. The people working behind the scenes are super quick to reply and because you're speaking with the App developers directly you have give feedback directly that could help make the app even better. Best part- they listen and implement!

Oh My Gosh! Stocky was STUNKY! Stockroom is what I have been searching for, for the last 2 years using Shopify. So much easier and faster for my small, product intense, seasonal store. I needed an easier way to do purchase orders and this is it! It's been only 4 days so far, and my life is already better. Within 12 hours, some IT guy at the company added a label printing feature I requested via email. Thank you Stockroom. Highly suggest for small brick and mortar stores.

Stockroom came along at exactly the right time. I was looking for a Stocky alternative before it got sunset, and Stockroom checked every box I needed in a purchase order and stocktake replacement! I'd researched and tested a handful of recommended apps without finding the right fit for my business, until a shop friend suggested Stockroom. I was smitten from the first look. Stockroom is incredibly intuitive and has features I never saw in Stocky or Shopify's built-in inventory system. Since I started using Stockroom, the team has kept adding features that make organizing, receiving, and planning inventory even easier. They're genuinely receptive to feedback - even adding the barcode size I needed and customizing the settings to fit it. Nothing but good things to say about David and the My Works team and how much I appreciate this app.

The only Stocky replacement you need. I tried Shopify’s native tool, but it was seriously lacking, and I was getting a little worried about finding a Stocky replacement that wasn’t ridiculously expensive. Then I found Stockroom. It’s free (!!) and does everything I used Stocky for. I’m honestly super happy with it so far. I had a few questions when getting started, and their customer support team got back to me really quickly. Overall, really enjoying using it!

Came across this app while searching for a replacement for Stocky. We are beyond thrilled with it; it is even better than Stocky! We are only a few days in and keep discovering all we can do with this powerful app. It is very easy to enter purchase orders, receive them, print tags and run reports. The app is extremely useful and user friendly, and the support from David is top notch.

We are a small retail clothing store and had been using a purchase order app that didn't meet all our needs. Adding Stockroom will be a game changer in our day to day needs. David was incredibly helpful getting us up and running. He was quick to respond and went above and beyond to address some of our minor issues.

Absolutely awesome, and if you need a featured or something tweaked the DEV team is on it. They have personally introduced features at our request in days, and even more complicated things were done in a month!

We had already been using another app for our POs and labeling but when I saw this app was free and it would import our Stocky PO's and adjustments I thought that was worth at least adding for that. Then I saw it also could do Stocktakes which is the only thing my current app is missing. So I decided to download it. David has been very helpful with questions and also added an import feature for adding POs from other apps other than Stocky. I have not yet tried all the features they have but will definitely be trying the stocktake one soon. I am very pleased with the responses I have gotten from them.

So far so good. Everything works great however missing two key standard features. For now you cannot send your POs automatically to multiple emails. You need to be able to put more than one email address separated by a comma in the email field as we need to send our POs to our suppliers' order desk, and copy our rep and ourselves. Most PO apps can do this automatically. Also, we cannot edit the PO template. We do not want to see "cost" and "total" fields in our POs. Other apps allow PO template customization. If these two things can be added, I'll be back! Updated Aug 8th - Wow, after exchanging with David, the two requirements were actually implemented. Apparently these were high on their priorities. The application now has all of the features we need to move forward. This will be a great upgrade from Stocky. Thanks to David and the development team from MyWorks for being so responsive.

Stockroom has been a perfect alternative to Stocky (better in fact because we already use MyWorks). I prefer it to the native Shopify PO system which I found cumbersome and lacking in features. Currently, Shopify isn't offering an API to move the PO's from their native system to QuickBooks which is essential for our business. I highly recommend this app. Customer service is great too and responds quicky to my questions and suggestions!

YES!! I have been through 8 different apps trying to find a decent replacement for Stocky since Shopify decided to retire it. All of them were lacking some feature - usually stock takes or adjustment functionality, cumbersome cvs reports to then upload into Shopify, no reports at all, weird Purchase Order functionality, or no live updating of cost per unit in Shopify. Or, they charge a ridiculous monthly fee. THIS IS IT!! Stockroom has great forecasting that I can adjust by each product for lead times (this does take a bit of time). It has stock takes that I can either scan in or manually enter (love this feature), and the same with adjustments (so important for us in case of audit). We manufacture most of our product offering so we need something that has all these features. It does the instant update to the product cost per unit. It looks to also have the capacity to sync with QuickBooks, but I don't need that function so I can't speak to it. What is the most impressive to me is that I reached out to them about how the Purchase Order was functioning as I don't really scan out products in. We needed it to be easier to add the products manually. They literally had it fixed in 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES! I have never seen such excellent customer service. Thank you for making a wonderful app and making it free.

So far so good. I've been looking for a replacement for Stocky since its being discontinued at the end of next month. Stockroom had a native Stocky Import feature so I've not lost any of my purchase orders, Suppliers, or vendors. Plus it shares a very similar workflow so training my staff on the platform will be quick and easy. I had a small issue with how the barcode scanning adding products worked, so I reached out to the AI Chatbot (I'm usually not a fan, but Atlas was surprisingly good) which sent my concerns to the dev team and within *THREE HOURS* I was given not only a response from a human, but a resolution. That is insanely quick, and anyone coming from Stocky will find themselves happy with the service. I'm still testing the rest of the platform but so far it ticks all the boxes my business needs to operate, with seemingly no disruption.

With Stocky going to EOL and the capabilities of the built-in Shopify POs wanting, we decided we needed to change our Inventory master back to Quickbooks. We had just finished the implementation when MyWorks brought out Stockroom, for free! I was reluctant to test it, as we were working just fine with QBDT Enterprise handling it all, but I am glad we did! The user interfaces are so much more modern and the team likes them way better. The Stockroom team has been receptive to feedback and it is getting better by the day. We are now doing all our POs in Stockroom and they sync to our QBDT just fine. We are about to start testing the new stock take and adjustment features as well. I also like that it brought all of our adjustment and PO history in from Stocky-- so we aren't missing a thing.
