Currently the best solution for managing supplier orders and goods receipts! We worked successfully with Stocky for years; since Shopify is discontinuing the app, we were desperately looking for a replacement. The features included in Shopify for stock orders and goods receipts aren't practical for handling large volumes of inventory. StockSavvy is the perfect solution. The app offers everything needed to manage large order quantities. Processing goods receipts and the subsequent label printing works seamlessly. Designing the barcode labels is also a real highlight. Support is fast to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommended for any company using Shopify as its master system.
As a bookstore owner, StockSavvy helps me keep track of what's actually on shelves versus what's in our system. The unscanned items feature helps me identify misplaced books or items that walked out the door. Worth every penny for the peace of mind!

The label printing feature is worth the price alone. I print directly to our label printer as I receive my inventory. So much more efficient than our old system!
Impressed by how this app streamlines our receiving process. Creating labels while receiving inventory and updating quantities is a big timesaver. The purchase order verification system allows for split shipments when some items are missed or come in late.
Cannot recommend this app enough. Saves me hours of manual work. We used to look up missing items with a pen and pad, and the unscanned items tab is super handy.
The streamlined PO process alone is worth it, but add in the low-inventory reports, and it's an absolute no-brainer.
I love the feature that compares scanned vs unscanned items. Makes inventory counts foolproof - no more missing items! The multi-user scanning capability lets me bang out all the scanning quickly with multiple people scanning at same time.
Everyone who has physical inventory should be using this app. It efficiently helped our procurement process and also helps us scan and maintain an accurate inventory. There are 30 and 60 days sales numbers and also a prediction of days left, and we look at that for restocking.
Nice dashboard where I can see low inventory items and also value of my inventory. It's also really simple to use — just scan everything and then update! It shows the steps, so it's simple to understand. It's really flexible too. I can filter for specific kinds of items or vendors. There are a lot of other tools, but the cycle counts is the one I always use. Just so good.
I can now receive shipments accurately and quickly update my inventory. The app makes inventory accurate, saving me from costly errors. It's so easy to use, even for someone not tech savvy like me. StockSavvy is a must-have for any business owner looking to optimize their operations.
The purchase order automation is super handy. Love that it's able to create purchase orders with all the low inventory items, and I just need to review the drafts in StockSavvy every week and send it off to my vendors. Originally I didn't know about this automation, but support was great and explained it to me.

StockSavvy has been an awesome addition to our online store. Not only does it help us keep track of inventory more accurately by scanning items, it allows us to easily transfer product to our pop-up locations, verify our online orders before shipping, and help us ensure that our stock checks and end-of-year inventory counts are correct. Additionally, StockSavvy's support staff are always very quick to respond to issues and ensures that any problems we might have are fixed to ensure the smooth operation of our store.
This app was simple to use and worked well with the Socket Mobile 740 scanners we had for our Shopify POS store. App support was quick, responsive, and, more importantly, helpful for any questions we had during the process. The Giant Count Add-On was of great use during our end-of-year physical inventory as well.
I have been using StockSavvy since December 2019. I own 4 retail stores as well as an online store. I was searching for an app to handle my inventory needs that all employees would be comfortable using as well as powerful enough to handle the task of a 50,000+ item database. StockSavvy IS IT! We have had little to no issues using the app... and when we did, their IT Team was very helpful in figuring out a solution. This is our inventory app PERIOD!
We have a complex inventory system. This App almost filled all of our requirements. I contacted support and they were able to help us to fulfill all our inventory needs. They have the best inventory system out there. The Advanced counts let you do just about whatever you need. Great App!
Stock Savvy is easy to set up and to use. It has good customer service, both by email and phone. We have a large inventory with many small items and it definitely helps us maintain accurate numbers.
