We've tried for several years to find the perfect app for taking inventory for our retail boutique and we finally found it! This app makes the process so smooth and easy. We're able to complete it in less than a day! Exporting and verifying counts is as easy as the count itself. Highly recommend this app!

We were so happy to have found this app. It helped us do a full inventory take of the shop in only about 1.5 days instead of over 3-4 the old manual way we used to take inventory. The reports and spreadsheet we were able to export were extremely helpful in comparing and sorting out discrepancies.

As long-time users of Shopify’s Stocky app, we were genuinely concerned when we learned that key features we rely on every day were being discontinued. It created a lot of uncertainty around how we’d manage our inventory moving forward. That’s when PML Stock Take came to the rescue. Even though warehouse transfers based on minimum and maximum stock levels weren’t initially part of the app, Jordan took the time to understand exactly how we operate and developed a solution specifically for our needs. The result is a system that’s fast, intuitive, and incredibly accurate — and honestly works even better than our previous process. What really elevates this app is the level of support behind it. Jordan is incredibly proactive, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in making the app better for real businesses. Updates and improvements feel purposeful and tailored, not generic. It’s rare to find software that’s this reliable and backed by someone so committed to its users. We are now moving on to use the stock take functionality of the app and can already see this will again be a huge improvement on our current systems. An excellent choice for any multi-location or growing retailer who wants inventory management that actually works!
