I loved this app and used it for a long time (so I had to give at least 2 stars). However, I started having issues with the pop-ups and decided to uninstall the app. So, I hit "uninstall". It seems like a simple process, but the app is still making changes on my website. It is not gone. There are sign-up messages for customers to get notified of products coming back in stock. I am sure they don't work anymore, but they are there. I have reached out to customer support twice for help with the uninstall process. No answer back. A simple uninstall has become frustrating and complicated. I would not install this app on your Shopify store. You may never be able to remove it.

We've just installed Stockbot on findraclothing.com and the support we've received was amazing. We're using the app for out of stock notifications, and we've connected it to Mailchimp. Jonathan installed the code on our product page and fixed a bug with our Mailchimp connection, which I think is because we have a lot of lists. I can't believe so few sites are using this app, it will pay for itself in no time. The only room for improvement I can see so far is the email template, it'd be great of we could customise it a bit more.

4.5 out of 5. A great app that works fantastically for our needs and at a great monthly price. It has even helped generate some more newsletter subscribers for us. The reason I rated it 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because I've messaged Stockbot in the past regarding a bug with Chrome, and I never heard back from them. Needless to say the bug is now fixed, but if I contact them again in the future about something will I get ignored again? Simple recognition will do. So close for a perfect score. Despite that small complaint, I'm very happy with the app and wish to use it for a long time. Highly recommended if you want a simple one-off notification system for out-of-stock items.

We would like to apologise for missing your email about the Chrome bug, there was an update in the browser that temporarily broke our app for some merchants, over that weekend we did get a lot of emails about the bug and tried our best to reply to all but must have missed you whilst fixing the issue.
